I’m glad you’re here!

I’m Adam Landau, MSW, a clinical therapist at Third Eye Counseling in the Lakeview and Roscoe Village area of Chicago. I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and provide individual and couples therapy to adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered, grounded in evidence-based care and a commitment to honoring each person’s lived experience, identity, and strengths. I strive to create a space that balances gentle support for change with acceptance, curiosity, and respect.

All therapy services are provided through Third Eye Counseling.

I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship concerns, ADHD, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to support reflection, understanding, and meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

I work with couples who want to strengthen communication, explore patterns of conflict or disconnection, and build more intentional ways of relating. Therapy offers a supportive space to deepen understanding and connection.

Couples Therapy

I integrate mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness, and creative approaches such as art and music into therapy when helpful. These practices can support emotional regulation, self connection, and building resilience in both mind and body.
